Sailor Moon Live Action

The first time I ever saw Sailor Moon was when I was in the Philippines. It was in Tagalog and I didn't understand a word of it, but it looked funny. I stocked up on tons of Sailor Moon, Sailor Venus, Sailor Mars, stationary, but that was about it.
Fast forward to a year and a half ago. I walk into my neighbor's house only to discover Sailor Moon comics on her kitchen counter. Casually I asked "You know about Sailor Moon?" And wham, from that moment on I became a Sailor Moon fanatic. I watched all five season of the cartoon (barrowed from my neighbor), I even stayed up all night finishing the series. I loved season 5 so much that I asked my husband to get it for me last year for Mother's Day. He did without even questioning why a grown woman would want a cartoon for a gift. There is just something about the story that grabs at you.
In October I discovered Sailor Moon Live Action. Yes, they made the cartoon into live action and it is the best. They switched the story line up, gave it a bit more information and depth, added more romance, got super cute actresses that fit the parts perfectly, gave it a killer soundtrack. My favorite part however was how badly it was subtitiled. I laughed the whole way through (except the episode that I cried in). This really is a fun fun show. If you are ever in the mood for a fun show, and you don't mind foreign films and bad subtitles. Check this out.
Now that I am done I will probably have to watch them again, but until I find time to do that, I will just listen to my Sailor Moon Cd and wait for Mother's Day to come again so I can get another season, or maybe the Live Action ones!
In the name of the moon I will punish you!

Wow. Sailor Moon. My daughter and her friend were gah gah about Sailor moon years ago. They went to Otacon dressed as people from the Sailor Moon universe, if I remember right.
